Refunds Policy
Smitten will endeavour to supply you accessories at the highest level of quality and each piece is individually inspected before despatch, however we do operate the following returns policy
If you receive an item that is faulty we will give a refund on condition that it is returned to us within 7 days of receipt in an unused state, in the original packaging and posted Royal Mail first class recorded.
Please note that for reasons of hygiene we do not exchange earrings
Please check the goods on delivery. If items do arrive damaged/faulty please let us know within 3 working days and arrange to post them back to us. If you do not contact us within 3 days we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery.
When requesting a refund please note we do not refund your postage costs. Please return items via a signed for postal service for your own proof of delivery.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
If you return an item in an unused condition, in the original packaging within 7 days of delivery we will be happy to refund the original price of the item or send you an exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights. We regret that postage and packing are direct costs and cannot be refunded. Please note: Smitten does not pay the cost of return postage.
When returning goods please notify us by email (please state your reason for return) within 7 days or receipt of your order. Once we have received the return goods we will either refund or exchange the items for something else.
